On the right, in the blue area under the people's pics, click on the black arrows for years and months to see The Table of Contents sections and then just click on the item you want. Just that section/document will then pop up. If you want to come back to this homepage, click on November and you'll be back here.

OR, if you keep reading and scrolling down, you'll see how one item after the other is hooked together. That's because this IS a "blogspot" website, but it's the only website technology I know how to do, and therefore, control.
At the bottom of each page you'll see "Older Posts" and if you click on that, you'll keep go backwards in time according to the posted subject matter items.

The easiest is to look on the right side bar, open the months, see what's inside, & just click on the title of what you want.

YOU CAN BLOG INFO, SUGGESTIONS
Nothing will be perfect, but I'm trying my best just to provide information materials and services. I have the blog "turned on" for this blogspot for the purpose of We the People being able to provide information for the attached subject. Then that info can be organized into info docs (for instance, all the job descriptions-duties-authority lines in August 2011). Sometimes you might ask a Q & someone would have an answer, an idea, a solution. The only thing I won't tolerate is anything anti & blasting against the Republic we're building, NOR any "off color" language. Decency and etiquette need to prevail.

If you want a Q&A section where you can present problems / challenges and are looking for ideas, let me know at d.kozak@republicoftheunitedstates.org and I'll set that up. I don't know enough about blogspot to know if you can "begin" a blog item.

Encourage e-v-e-r-y-o-n-e who joins the Republic via your free state to have this basic knowledge. Offer leadership guidance to a small group of friends. Help people work through this together. It would give everyone who joins the Republic via your free state an immediate purpose "of doing something."

The "Check-off List" is a 12-or-so-page GUIDE. Like a road map or lesson plan, leaders-trainers-teachers and all self-directed study people can use this to obtain necessary foundational knowledge of what's happened to us during these past 150 years, OR to just go through as a review if you've been studying and researching for many years.  (It's also included as Item # 11 in the December 2010 section on OperationRepublic.Blogspot.com, but it may not be identical. Check that source out for the full range of educational resources!!)

IDEA: Take this Check-off List apart and divide it into segments, outlines, monthly goals, a book-a-month or every-other month, a YouTube-a-week, meeting with a small study group, and so forth to help people learn what's necessary. Make up Q&A review sheets, and so on and so forth.

NEW - EXCITING - VERY INFORMATIVE - THE LATEST! ! !

We now have a Thursday night, 90-minute call for We the People in a Jural Assembly.
Currently it is called the Republic Roundtable conference call.

This is going to be the People's audio bulletin board or newspaper, so to speak. Throughout the month there will be a once-a-month report from each of these groups:

House - Judicial - Presidential Cabinet

The Republic is unapologetically guided by the living God. Just know that the hand of God will be the success of the Republic.

Call format developed from the Ambassadors to provide open communication within the Republic and to inform all to understand what is going on. We broke the month up into representing each aspect on the call.

Tonight we’re going to have the Senate Reports, the Governors Vision, Ambassador Successes, Education, Q&A (pertinent questions only, submitted by email to questions@republicoftheunitedstates.org).

Jeanine Stewart, Northwest Regional Ambassador, Oregon, endorses the new format (and is one of those whose inspiration created the calls!).

It is mentioned that Tim Turner has also endorsed this program and has consistently advocated for us to learn how to govern ourselves, to learn how the systems work. He is there as a servant of the people, and we’re accustomed to looking to our leaders, so we’re looking to leadership as seeing what it will take for us to get back to our founding principles.

SENATE REPORT – JEFF SMITH (acting senate pro tem)

This is one of the most exciting times we as a nation have ever had. We have quite a number of committees working in a number of areas.

The Banking Committee has several subcommittees, Monetary Policy, Budget, Housing, Transitional Monetary System

The Budget Committee – every area of our government at this point is trying to get a handle on what the budget should be; what things are Constitutional that they (de facto) have in the budget and what things are not. We don’t know which way we’ll be moving forward at this point, if it will it be in a parallel system or will it be complete absorption because of the collapse of the de facto system. We don’t know at what point they’re going to collapse, so we have to have plans for both agendas, so that’s been one big area.

The Aviation Committees are working on establishing a more streamlined piece.

The Armed Services Committees have been working diligently on getting some of the POW’s back, from as far back as the Korean War.

Lots of activity going on in many areas and we’d be thrilled to go through each one and answer questions about them.

We have the IT committee,

Our Energy Committee is working on some really cool things that have been held back by the de facto system and never been allowed to come to market. It will be very exciting to see these new things that will become available.

Joint Governance Committee is overseeing how things should happen in Government, the investigative side of things, where there are conflicts.

Small Business Area – we want to make it much easier for the small business person to start a new business and get a loan has been much harder, our goal is to help the small business person be successful.

The Agriculture Committee is working on the GMO things, one of the largest one is Monsanto, the seeds they use will not reproduce among themselves, so you have to keep buying the same seeds over and over, and that can be very hard on farmers. So the Ag. Committee is looking into that to see what we can do about that.

The Education Committee is working on education, they’re set up to see what avenues may be helpful there.

Health and Wellness/Aging are sort of grouped together and that’s a large segment of our population and as a people we are required to take care of our own aging folks.

Veteran’s Affairs, foreign affairs, the peace committee,

The Constitution Committee tries to make sure what we do is within the bounds of our Constitution.

GOVERNORS VISION – MICHAEL BRADY, GOVERNOR SOUTH CAROLINA

The Governor’s Association, and I really don’t like that word association, because it tends to make one feel that it’s a group of people making legislative decisions and the Governors have no authority via the Constitution for legislative decisions. Such as it states in the Constitution, Article One, Section Ten. We don’t form any alliances, but what we have been talking about on our Monday night calls is how we can help each other. We talk about how we can get our Constitutions in place, we go back to our pre-1860 Constitutions (which most of us have), and get those established with the changes that need to take place such as slavery and women’s rights, and get them rectified for today’s times. We’ve all been pretty successful with that. We had a Governor’s convention and that allowed us to meet face to face. We’re working on right now, as Governors, as administrators of our states, is getting our Assemblies set up and by doing so we’re working as Ambassadors (which we are), working with our Ambassadors. We have about six Assemblies established now out of 46 counties in South Carolina. That’s where the real power lies, with the people, and we all understand that.

One of the other things we’ve been working on is the Identity Project. One of the issues we’ve had is who we are as a people, and mostly, who we are not. We have allowed the media to label us as domestic terrorists, among other things, and this Identity Project that Nathan is working on will allow us to identify ourselves, it will be accompanied by the county settlement documents that will identify people for who they are.

We always use this word Sovereign, being Sovereign, or Sovereign rights, for we are heirs in the Heavenly Kingdom so therefore it makes us inherent and we are inherent in our Sovereign rights. So we have begun using that word inherent more than to describe ourselves rather than Sovereigns because of some of the issues that have taken place in the past. I think that will be better perceived when we talk to our County Sheriffs, when we file our County documents with this Identity Project. Most of the Governors are working on this project.

Long before we were Americans we were God’s children, even the native Americans were God’s children. So we’re using the fact that we came here on a Christian basis and Christian values, and we’re including that with the Identity Project.

If there are people out there who can help their Governors by going to their state capitals or within their county buildings where they have the Ten Commandments on them or notes on common law, to take pictures of them. We can’t take them off the internet because of copyright issues, but if you take pictures we can download and send to Nathan for this project.

We believe this project is going to give us that next step in addressing some of the issues with the de facto that we’re facing at this point. I talked to Nathan a couple of days ago and he’s supposed to have it out by the end of this week and that may not happen, but it should be within a few days.

We have had some issues but we can say The Ambassadors are working with the Governors in each state. We realize this is a team effort.

AMBASSADORS SUCCESSES – JIM FITZGERALD, CHIEF AMBASSADOR

I agree with Mike in everything he stated; there has been some healthy debate in some of the states regarding the Ambassadors, and I wrote a paper on how the Ambassadors evolved in the Republic, and I hope to get this out soon for people’s perusal soon.

Ambassadors Constitutionally is hard to deny, it’s in the Constitution, Article 2, Section 2, Paragraph 2, talks specifically about the appointment of Ambassadors. The unusual situation we find ourselves in is that the Constitution doesn’t talk about Ambassadors and where they are deployed. But the history of the world, it is generally understood that Ambassadors are appointed and their job is go to other nations who generally receive them as Ambassadors of goodwill to promote goodwill for the nation you come from to your host nation so that as nations to nations, the agendas of both nations are understood and that’s why embassies are set up.

We’re in an unusual situation because our Constitution allows the president to make that appointment, but it’s understood it’s usually to

England

France

, things of that nature, other nations, although that is not enumerated but it’s understood. And in the history of the nation, that’s what Ambassadors are for. The history of Ambassadors goes back to 1600 BC.

What we find ourselves with in the Republic, is we don’t find them in our state Constitutions. We wanted to raise up Ambassadors in respective states for one reason only, to spread the goodwill of the Republic. We wanted to raise that up through the people in that state who know two things: what the Republic is about, and that there are a whole bunch of 14^th Amendment citizens that are stuck over there in that nation, although it’s a corporation and we know it, called the

United States

, corporate.

And so, who better than to have the Ambassador do two things, wear two hats. He knows what we’re doing, this re-habitation, and he knows the people in his environment. When an Ambassador was dispatched Constitutionally by the President or the Executive Arm to go to other nations, there’s a reasonable fact that he’s being dispatched not to the re-inhabited Republic of South Carolina, he’s being dispatched to the de facto South Carolina or the de facto Arizona, whatever, that nation that by the people not understanding that we lost the sovereignty of the individual states to a corporation. So we’re sending him to that nation called the United States Corporate and if it worked the way it should in the nations of the world, they would receive us. But today I doubt that Hillary Clinton would be receptive to a call from President Turner saying, “Hey, we’d like to establish these little embassies in the respective fifty states to let the people know you’re a corporate bully and hey, they’ve got another chance over here.” That’s not going to happen, but the fact of the matter is the corporate US is sitting there because the Republic has been absent since the Civil War.

So, some states are working well, Ambassadors are signing up counties and working well with the Governors, and there are successes in the nation.

We’ve been distracted since the beginning of the year, working with the Records Bureau, helping Rick Weiner, trying to document that we did re-inhabit this, and that’s been the focus of the Ambassador calls for the last six months.

The Ambassadors’ total focus should be reaching out to new people to bring them into the Republic. If the de facto collapses there won’t be much need for reaching over, they’re just going to fall into our laps. But if we’re running parallel we want to truly devise structures that will make us powerful. The thing that will make us the most powerful is numbers, and sharing the word. So a position dedicated to only that, is well worth money well spent.

I know a lot of Ambassadors I’ve talked to, if funded, would be willing to travel around and live out of their cars, trains, and automobiles, having a great time and meeting the people. The little bit of travel I’ve done has just been phenomenal.

@ approx. 56 min. As a new member, how can I go about filling positions at a county level? JF – better to wait until you get 26 or so people, how to build your community Republic. MB - South Carolina’s history on building their Republic, key is education and a core group. Look at your state Constitution, think of what is common law, and follow the outlines, with those materials being helpful.

JF – suggests putting together a group to offer their services to talk to any states that need support and suggest solutions, share other state experiences that have been successful. JS – In the Senate we have a Governance Committee and we have had the privilege of helping several states. We have to have an invitation to join them, to help them. JS asked to address the question assuming one is in the Senate (or the House). JS – First, what is your area of expertise, your area of passion? Look at the different committees, see which one appeals to you, and contact us.

@ approx. 1:24 min. There are many who want to settle their counties because they feel they will then have clout within the de facto. Some even believe that some will go into the de facto court with our settlement documentation, what do you say about that? JS – You couldn’t bring de facto paperwork into our world and by the same token, you don’t go marching into their courts with our documents demanding things when they don’t operate with the same law form as ours. JF – It is a corporation and they have policies they operate under. You can operate in that system when you need to but the day will come when what you say may have power behind it, but it won’t be until we have a whole bunch of people behind us.

@ approx. 1:29 min. How can the Republic help those of us facing foreclosure? Is there a timeframe you can give me for positive circumstances that can help us? JF – that’s a tough one, none of us has a crystal ball. One of the things that will help is numbers. We are having some success right now and it’s using Republic remedies, but there is no definitive date, it’s a number; 50 million people or something like that and then we can make a difference.

1. New York free state had an introduction/presention of the Republic meeting with the supervisors of state troopers, sheriffs, their criminal investigation department, and the FBI.

2. Arkansas spoke about one method, at no cost, to do a skeletal background check if there's cause to wonder about someone's past because of their current behavior in the free state Jural Assembly:

3. Arizona spoke about the rudiments of a Grand Jury function. It's a means of introducing people in the Republic to the form and structure of what Arizona has been doing with a Grand Jury.

Many of you have been sitting around and talking and saying, “What do we do next?” That’s where I need you to start studying. I need you to start learning about government structure so when I come to your state and talk to you, you can tell me how your state can be structured, properly, under the original Republican form of government.

And when we educate ourselves and educate our children and educate our grandchildren, this travesty of justice will never happen in America again because it happened because we were dumbed down over several generations. Let’s don’t let that happen again. Train yourself. Train your children. We have to teach them about freedom. We have to make them understand that if we don’t understand about freedom, we don’t know if we have it or not. And it’s time for us to stand up as Americans.

A training and education proposal for all who have joined the Republic via their free state:

State, county, and local government manuals

I’m putting this idea “out there” for three purposes:

1. This is based on President Tim's continual message of people needing to study and educate themselves and others so they will be able to learn how to run a proper Constitutional Republican form of government from the bottom up. If you don't know history, you're bound to repeat it. AND if you don't know what currently exists, you won't know how and what to delete in order to reorganize, and then switch to bottom-up government.

2. The question keeps on being asked, "After people sign up into the Republic (especially as people are scattered all about the hinterlands throughout the counties), what do they do? Here's a proposed, necessary educational foundation that's possible for 1 or 1,000 to participate in. Everyone can do as much as their resources (time, traveling, or whatever is necessary for the research) and energy will allow.

3. This will fill the "void" of people "not seeing anything happening," not feeling as if they have something to contribute - especially with limited knowledge in the beginning, and not seeing a purpose to attend county and/or state Jural Assembly meetings where they feel as if they're not able to contribute for lack of knowledge. Now research study groups can form (2-to-whatever) and they can share and build their research manuals and knowledge about their layers of government. They can study, report on, discuss, etc. resources of information such as pamphlets, books, videos, speakers, conference calls, and such.

With the above three purposes in mind, there can now be a hands-on connection with the people who are "growing the states, and building the counties” for the Republic. You can establish accountability, reports, check-off lists of hoping to achieve a specific amount of information within specified time periods, etc.

The PURPOSE AND GOALS of everyone in the Republic is to:

1. Educate and prepare yourself, to

2. Tell others and help them join, and then

3. Research and align with local government.

SO HERE IS THE STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS OF "WHAT TO DO."

FOR EVERY COUNTY:

THE OBJECTIVE is to have a 3-ring binder
1. for the state-level of government
- - - (The Governor and his Jural Assembly Educational Support Team for Research should also have this.),

2. and a 3-ring binder for each county.
- - - (Eventually you'll also have a separate binder for each County/individual City-Town-etc.)
But at first, inside the county binder make a tab for the county level of government, and a tab for each of the cities and towns in that county (and townships, parishes, boroughs, or what-have-you) - - i.e. every "government" entity that is a "structure of government."

THE OBJECTIVE is for each person who joins the Republic to align themselves with a government job/position/department, etc. on each of their most local levels of government:
1-city/town/etc.
2-county
and 3-state.
Then their job is to research everything possible about those positions. When they’re finished, and if they have time to do multiples, they then move on to another position or set of them, in order to develop the necessary knowledge of what the current de facto socialist government is running or monitoring in their life.

NOTE: The binder has the printed-out lists of the positions, departments, staffing, etc. of the body of government for each tab.

For instance, in 1993, Nebraska’s state government listing was 57 pages long, in a “Staff Directory” I found in a thrift shop. Today that listing is 93 pages printed off the internet. Our first researched-county listing is 12 pages long, listing all the "departments/divisions" that make up the county government.

First, make a "master copy" from which you'll make future "copies" as others want that specific list.
Then you 3-ring-hole punch the pages (or put each page in a plastic sleeve), and insert a separate sheet of lined paper between each printed page. When people choose a position, they sign the adjoining lined paper with printed name, phone #, email, and date for a record that they are going to research that item. You first might want an alignment of one man or woman parallel to each item. Then, as the free state county Jural Assemblies grow, 2-3 people will sign against positions and become “teams.” BUT another method is that 2-3 people might want to "team up" right from the beginning and work together on one "job" or something like "the budget."

THAT is happening in one of our counties and this team "is excited!!!" They LOVE the learning process. They also love "the hunt, the research, and the discovery!" AND the greatest benefit is that they know in their heart and feel in their bones that there is a HUGE VALUE to the time, energy, and effort that they are putting into this endeavor! There's a REASON and a PURPOSE IN LIFE for what they're doing because they know that they'll be able to put their information into a real change for the benefit of restoring the Republican Form of Government on this land!!

With this process, you will be well-informed to speak about local government to others. (Remember, this "training and educating" will also go on forever into the future, to tell about "what happened" in order for it to not be repeated. And immediately in our lifetimes, it means a continual heavy dose of undoing the brainwashing for everyone who was born at least before 1990, if not 2000!!)

CONTINUING THE NOTE:
In some other writings I've done, I proposed the question as to whether we should have specific "elected state legislators" (besides the 2 senators + 10 reps we currently have in place who are holding dual-jurisdiction seats, both national and state, and who are needing to give 100% of their time to "national" issues/committees and they have no time for state constitutional studies).

I wondered if it might be necessary to have "elected reps" in order to create the necessary focused and organized study groups to learn about the current de facto state constitution vs. the adjustments to the new Republic State Settlement Constitutions??? I know that people who will be involved in decisions need the subject-matter knowledge (to know their history of the past and have a "lawful, limited government," constitutional vision for the future) to determine the draw-down of state governments.

BUT THEN, based on that, I said:

WHETHER THERE ARE OR AREN’T SEPARATE STATE-LEVEL, ELECTED REP LEGISLATORS AT THIS TIME, OR in the future, we shouldn't be hindered by it. We don't need to be elected! The men and women who have, are, and will be signing into the Republic via the free states will gradually become the research/educated/knowledgeable “teams” of people parallel to the de facto state jobs, positions, departments, boards, associations, committees, etc., etc., who will be We The People teams of support. We The People can say, determine, even put it into practice, that WTP will be an advisor to/with the Governor in determining how to reduce government by 80% (projected at a 10%-a-year reduction for 8 years in order to shift to local, bottom up government within a decade) so that the Republic can operate with a constitutionally-allowed funding source and a constitutional enforcement/judicial system. This researching and learning about everyone’s local government is vital to the idea of having a bottom-up government of, by, and for We The People!! AND as the first step, no one needs to be an "elected" servant representing any level of government, in order to create a Job Research Manual / Binder and become an advisor!
END OF NOTE.

The manual information would/could include such things as:

1. the job description (its location and a copy of it);

2. line of authority above and over; number of employees, volunteers, elected officials, committees and appointments to them, how appointed, for how long, terms of service, etc., and all men and women attached to this area;

3. expanse of physical building space and location/s; equipment;

4. everything to do with budgets – money – income – expenses, who determines and on what basis, who approves and on what basis, sources of funds, who handles what, who writes out checks, audits, statutes and guidelines?, and everything else attached to this subject;

5. acquisitioning of equipment and supplies and maintenance; replacement policies;

6. Directives, policy and procedures, ordinances, supposed “laws,” statutes, . . . where are these, can you get a copy, who can update and through what process, and so on.
7. Disclosure of what information to the public, how, who determines, on what authority or basis, process for adjusting procedures, etc.

THE BASIS FOR THIS is that if people are going to have bottom-up government, then they need to know what’s going on now in the socialist realm (government takes care of you), in order to develop the American Constitutional Republican Form of Government (Article IV, Section 4). If you don't know history, you're bound to repeat it!

The men and women who come into the Republic are going to need to be knowledgeable in their local government in order to be the mentors, advisors, consultants, guides, and leaders of all others in order to help train and shift the paradigm / world view of how a Republic is to operate. They will need to help determine how to pare down government by 80% though the next decade. They need to understand and know in their bones what “freedom and liberty” really are in the American Republic form of government!

M: Welcome. Views expressed are those of myself and those of my guest. My guest is from a whole new arena that I’ve never stepped into before. It’s going to be a fascinating interview and I’ve got Tim Turner on and he is……ah…..well, Tim, how about letting you tell the public what you’re doing and a little bit about yourself.

T: Well, thank you Melodee for the opportunity to be on your show. There’s not really a lot to tell about me. I’m just an ol’ country boy from Alabama that didn’t like the way things were going in our country. So I came from a commercial fishing background, fourth generation, and we were harassed terribly back in the 70s and 80s by the game and fish - - actually called the Department of Natural Resources back then in Florida, and in one decade they passed about 200 laws against the fishing industry in an effort to put us out of business, and that’s when I began to study law and try to understand how to defend against these things, these unlawful actions of the Florida Department of Natural Resources. And as a result I learned quite a bit over a few years and began to be very successful defending against these things and started helping not only myself, but my friends, and that kind of led me into a background that I’m into today with the government, studying, “How can we fix the problem that we have?”

I started a group called the Constitutional Americans back a few years ago, almost 20 years ago, down in Florida, and we struggled for a long time, then finally got a pretty good membership and started going into the courts, fighting the courts and the illegal things that were going on and making a lot of progress. And I continued to study law and still to today I still study law, and learn more and more about how to make

America

what it should be.

I learned a lot about how the government is structured. I learned a lot about how we went wrong, and how things went in a direction that was contrary to our Constitution and the law of the land. And as a result I started teaching seminars and helping people after I had come to a certain point, and I started sharing the information I had learned over the years with people across

America

. And I found there was a great desire to change our nation back into something that was positive again.

More than 70% of the population of this country thinks something is wrong. Most don’t know what is wrong . . . they just know something is wrong. And not only do we know what is wrong. We know how we got there and we also have the solution. And that solution is the Republic for the

united States of America

. We have re-inhabited that lawful Republic, in 2010. The offices are filled, all but just a few. We are moving forward. We had elections. I was elected as the President. We have a full cabinet. We have governors in all the states.. . . except 2-3 states which we’re working on. We have a majority in Congress, a lawful quorum. We met in last November and adopted our laws and are moving forward.

We are also being recognized by foreign nations as the lawful Republic of this nation. And I guess in a nutshell, that is what I am doing today, Melodee.

M: Well, you didn’t do this without a little bit of .. people making … opposition is the term I want.

T: We’ve had tremendous opposition. What we’re doing is right and what we’re doing is lawful. And the opposition didn’t really bother me a whole lot. We knew that it was the right thing to do.

WHAT WE NEED TO BE DOING RIGHT NOW:
We need to reintegrate the Republic back into our country.

(The corporate government is on the verge of collapse.)
The financial principals throughout the world understand that the Corporate Government as we know it has lived out its usefulness in this world & they understand that it’s going to fold on its own, so what we’re trying to do is to bring a peaceful transition into this world. But then you have those who don’t want a peaceful transition, and they want chaos so they can take over by military force, to take the American people over by military action. That would not be very good. There would be a lot of bloodshed here, but I will tell you this, that the American people will win!

But we can do this in a peaceful manner without bloodshed. If that’s at all possible, we’re going to do that. Our plan will work. We just need some help and we’re getting the help that we need. So there are many good things coming together to support the Republic from throughout the world. We even have many people right here in America who are in the current government who have taken a hard look at the Republic and a lot of them like what they see. And there are some who are helping to support the Republic in a limited capacity. It’s difficult for them to work for the corporation and support us openly, but they are helping us behind the scenes. The Republic is not a religious movement, although it is based on Christian principles. What I’ve tried to explain to people is that if you remove the Christian principles (you won't have freedom). (Christian principles is a) moral doctrine that treats (people): love your neighbor, and you won’t commit any crimes or any violations (against) the rights of other. If you just practice that code . . . honor, integrity, decency, being just and righteous with your neighbors . . . that’s what true Christian principles are. We want to abide by what true Christian principles are about and that means freedom for all. We will practice Godly principles. What’s important about Christian principles is that we won’t follow the injustices that go on in other countries.

(Speaking of other countries and some of their practices):
In America we will not torture anybody. We will practice Godly principles. But we will defend our nation with a vengeance. But that doesn’t mean we will go out and start harassing other groups of people. That’s what’s important about Christian principles that we talk about . . . they will prevent the injustices of the world from happening. It’s more noble to forgive people who have done you wrong than to prosecute them, throw them in prison, or kill them.

RJ says Tim’s comment a few months ago: “For those who have, on purpose in this country, been taking and trying to take lives (animals and people), forgiveness is being offered to them, but they must also provide a restoration.”
(this interview continues): Tim: Yes, that’s correct. Forgiveness will be offered, but restoration will be required. That doesn’t mean that we will punish these people. What it means that it is our intent for them to reciprocate and repent of their evil and wicked deeds because we will give forgiveness. We will not continue to be abused by these people in the future. This is a one-time offer and we will honor our offer, but if they don’t accept the offer, then they will bring judgment upon their own heads. And I can tell you that there are many people out here who want judgment. We’re trying to prevent that. We’re trying to make an offer.

What I’d like for people to know about the Republic:
We do have all 50 states in place.
We have about 90% of our functional government in place.
We are moving ahead to complete the last (of that) . . .
We’ve been recognized by many countries across the world and are entering into agreements with them.
We’re working on an energy consortium project (not just oil and natural gas, but alternative energies such as hydrogen, working with a number of nations to do that).
We have all the funding - - it’s being put together, it’s available, (we have) all that is needed to operate and fund the government; it’s been offered and we’ve accepted it.

God has built this Republic and He’s going to continue to build this Republic
. I’m humbled and privileged to be a part of it and I thank God that He has called me to this position to be the chief servant of the American people in this Republic and that He’s given me an opportunity because He knows my heart, I’m for real, I’m not a joke, I’m not a game-player and it took somebody with the tenacity of a bull dog to get this job done and I have that and I won’t give up - - - I don’t know what that means.

(speaking about the Creator, God): He has taken us in places that I never dreamed we’d be able to go. One day soon I’ll be able to sit down with your listeners and share what we’ve been able to accomplish. For reasons of security and safety we can’t do that (now), but very soon you will see the manifestation of what God has been building here. Man did not build this Republic. God built this Republic, and He’s done it His way and he is going to prosper and see it through. And I will give you one promise, RJ, that as soon as we get funding, we are going to need you to help us with broadcasting and education, and you will be on our payroll and that will not be far away.

Energy
A tax plan
A banking system
International treaties and agreements, trade agreements
A transition plan (2 parts) . . . actually we want to help and benefit the people in the corporation, the corporate government, help them transition into a lawful government that is sustainable;

(Tim said he hasn’t been able to be available for a lot of phone calls with the people because): I’ve been very busy. We’ve been doing some high-level meetings and at some of the locations I can’t use communication devices because of the sensitivity of what we do, so I have to be careful of when and where I communicate, and I’ve been doing a lot of that (having meetings) lately. And that is where these plans are being born. And I can tell you that we have a very, very comprehensive plan to be executed and it’s being executed even now. The American people are going to be amazed when all this starts, and they’re going to be very pleased as well. Even those in the corporation are going to be pleased.

Dear Fellow Americans,

Please disregard the Press Notification of February 8, 2011. We had a communication
glitch and an incorrect version of the notice was sent. The following is the corrected and updated
version.

If you represented a public agency with close to 150 years of time and influence in this
country and the world, even though we have simply reestablished our original form of government
would you suddenly recognize our Republic Identifications and its authority? Or would you
discount them both until you had no other choice. The new forms of identification simply provide a
lawful photo ID for our Republic members. In part, we use it to show to local law enforcement to
help overcome the presumption/assumption that we are in their jurisdiction even though they
might not “recognize” the ID at this time.

We applaud any of you that decide to get rid of all de facto forms of identification.
However, to continue to operate in commerce that has grown increasingly covert in nature, it is
doubtful that vendors/corporations such as banks or most law enforcement persons will, in most
instances, recognize and honor our new type of identification yet.

Regarding TSA, our sources have indicated that TSA, in particular, feels they can no longer
accept our form of ID until they have time to inform their employees of the security protocols we
have established and then send out a page to add to their accepted form of government ID books.
Otherwise, they have no reference to determine whether the ID’s we are presenting are
counterfeited or not, a security concern for them and for us. Initially, the proper information was
being presented to them; however with the closing of the Bureau of Republic Records website and
dismissal of its original appointees, we have had to rebuild that system. As soon as we have
completed the process and have the information to TSA, we will notify you accordingly. The good
news is that we have complete control of the 888 toll free number that is printed on the past
approved ID’s, and it is still working and answered.

We all need to take the time and invest the energy to reverse all the adhesion contracts in
which we unwittingly became involved (by either presumed or assumed consent). We do this by
utilizing the lawful and peaceful method of notice to the de facto corporations/persons that we do
not consent to being a party various covert adhesion contracts any further. We must be ready to
assume responsibility for our own actions. Each notice that we send and each action that we
accomplish helps to advance our exemption from de facto authority and underscore the validity of
our de jure authority. We are creating templates you may adapt for your own use to inform the de
facto corporations/persons of your lawful status. It will be uploaded to the
http://www.republicfortheunitedstates.org/ website in the near future and you will be notified by a
press release.

Again, we must take the time to lawfully disentangle ourselves from all the unlawful
adhesion contracts. However, if we take the corporate license plates off of the vehicle we are using
for transportation, we’d better have a clear title that can be demonstrated to the law officer
involved, and the de facto court. As well, our intent is to work towards lawfully transferring cases
involving a free State citizen into our de jure system thereby exacting justice for “We the People”. If
you are independently wealthy and/or able to defend your actions, you may be able to gain ground
and apparently prevail as a number of people have done. Until our developmental process advances
beyond its current stage, it will be an uphill battle. In keeping the faith, we will attain our
objectives. In the meantime, our people must not create any contempt or attempt to impose their
will on local law enforcement or in local de facto courts. In the interim we may need to peacefully
submit, without consent, to the de facto statutes and thereby limit conflict until we have the ability
to more effectively address these issues.

For now, and some time to come, it is as if we were in a foreign country, even though the
land and other property are rightly and truly ours. If we were in Brazil, they have their own laws
and legal system which we should abide by. If we choose to speed, enter their court systems, etc...,
we had better know how to handle ourselves, or we are entirely at their whim and mercy. The
exact same thing applies here in America; except for the fact that while in truth we are not in their
jurisdiction or under their corporation, their they behave as if we are. We, the masses have been
very powerfully and convincingly programmed with covert and faulty thought processes for 150
years just as depicted in the movie “The Matrix”.

We need to peacefully create, discover and apply solutions to the problems we encounter,
taking opportunity to deliver palatable presentation of truth to their corporate minds. It is foolish
for any of us to present ourselves belligerently offensively or in a demanding way. We have begun
this process to first learn and understand how to stand on our own declarations/rights and then
how to avoid contracting/re-contracting into their private country club court system.

The first Sheriff’s letter that will be going out is only an historical, informational
introduction to our Republic. It is meant to open eyes, create dialogue and gain support. We are
developing and implementing strategies to overcome the any resistance or opposition against our
Republic and its people. With God's help we will achieve His goals, but we should not present
ourselves in any manner that implies violent intent on our part. We must peacefully reintegrate all
people who have the desire into our lawful Republic. The Sheriff’s letter was held up, again, because
of the Bureau of Republic Records appointees’ dismissal and subsequent loss of a usable database.

The de jure President and Cabinet recognize the wrongs being committed against “We the
People” and pray daily for our Union and the relief of the people. We continue to express our
concern and prayers for the people involved in de facto court issues. We gain in power and ability
every day, but do not have total jurisdictional power yet. Historically, the forefathers and many
others suffered at the hands of law enforcement of their day until the forces of tyranny were
overcome. With enough people uniting and with the continuing the help of our Creator, we will
peacefully realize our Republican form of government under common law venue.

We expect those opposed to us to do things designed to attempt to undermine our faith
and our confidence in what we are lawfully doing, our unity, and our resolve just like the dismissed
appointees of the Bureau of Republic Records have endeavored to do. However, we will stay the
course, exposing the lies and uncovering the truth, and encourage and support each other.

We are doing everything in our power to assist people with their issues at this time. We
are addressing them at the national level and not on an individual case-by-case approach. If we
spend our time on individual cases, it will prevent us from addressing the root cause of the problem.

It is reasonable to expect there to be some resistance and opposition, some challenges and
tests. However, we are confident that in God’s time we will peacefully achieve His goals for our
Republic.

Dear Fellow Americans,

Many of you are likely aware of a funding offer that is being presented to the various
states by way of Mary Heiler and Susan Chisholm of Florida. At this point, Mary and Susan are
not suspect in any way; however, due to the security threat involved, this letter is cautionary;
and I will subsequently give some indication of the reality of the security threat.

For the sake of clarity and to hopefully avert divisive wresting of my words, I declare
that my use of the terms “you” and “us” and “we” and “our” and such are not to infer any
opposition or disunity between any people or offices or organs regarding the Republic for the
united States of America. You and I think and do among the we, the us, the people unto
whom this Republic belongs. National and the states cooperatively exist only for the good of
the people; and neither national nor state stands without the success of the other.

Consider that scripture reflects the following word of the Creator, the heavenly
Father (Yhvh): My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge. Regarding this principle of
truth, you have likely learned along the way that it typically is what we do not know or
understand that is our undoing; such has been true with each and every one of us who by
the craftiness of non-disclosure and ulterior motive has been conned into de facto scheme
and its injurious bondage.

The enemy (Satan—de facto god of this kosmos) knows the above truth and knows
our natural tendencies. He uses his knowledge in developing his ploys against mankind,
especially those who the Creator would deliver from de facto tyranny, licentiousness, and
bondage. He is consistent in demonstrating his knowledge and cunning regarding our
weaknesses; and in the spirit realm he uses witting and unwitting agents in warring against
truth and the love and liberty thereof (If you continue in my word..., you shall know the truth
and the truth shall make you free).

Let us be cunning as serpents but harmless as doves: let us in wisdom use
knowledge for our good, doing so in love and without injury to another.

Regarding an offer of funds, there are several things that greatly arouse suspicion in
the knowing and restraint in the wise. Among them are the following:

1. An offer/inducement of cash/money/funds with no strings;

2. An offer/inducement involving undisclosed terms (rights and obligations,
including law form, jurisdiction, full identification of parties, etc.);

3. Repatriation of uncut currency (inactivated de facto cash, e.g. Federal Reserve
Notes or other paper currency having serial numbers that have not been
activated and registered accordingly);

4. Requests for amounts of money that are for the offeror(s) or their
representative(s), e.g. expense money or other;

5. Mysterious/unidentified principals/sources;

6. Avoidance/reluctance of representatives to reveal sources, including
intermediaries;

7. Avoidance/reluctance/refusal of representatives to provide for you to vet (prove
by thorough investigation) sources, including intermediaries;

8. Avoidance/reluctance/refusal of signatories/signatory-agents to provide for you
to vet them;

9. Avoidance/reluctance/refusal of messengers to adequately identify themselves
or their sources;

10. Reluctance or refusal of principal(s) or representative(s)/agent(s) to give you the
data necessary for you to verify that the funds are certified;

11. Pictures of gold, silver, mother boxes or their contents, Treaty of Versailles (TOV)
boxes or their contents, bonds, or cash used to entice/induce acceptance of offer
or to seemingly verify validity of offer;

12. Any request/requirement/condition involving anything illegal/unlawful or
unwise; etc.

Now, please consider some notions/questions corresponding to the above twelve
things.

1. In any offer and acceptance (contract/agreement/covenant), there are always
obligations (strings on one party's part) and rights (strings on the other party's
part). Even a gift involves obligations and rights. It is the undisclosed rights and
obligations of ulterior motive that are a very real threat against our
security/well-being, including that of the Republic. A matter of concern is the
ploy of an initial gift which arouses excitement and further induction into a
progressive con. Who is willing to give away any great amount of funds without
some controlling interest in their use? Unscrupulous actors (perpetrators of
fraud re: the original funding group) have already proven what they are, which is
why they have been dismissed from any and all involvement in/with the
Republic, including Jesus Berrios who was the investigator responsible for their
(and others) vetting and who has continued to aid them after they failed to
provide a full accounting of Republic funds that they had by their own admission
received. In connection, I have recently seen the photographs of two people of
the original funding group on the FBI's website (see www.fbi.gov/contactus/
field/honolulu-hawaii/honolulu-hi re: the DIMITRONs). Unless the original
funding group has been lying even more than has become apparent to top
officials at the national level, it appears that they have already stolen enough
from the Republic to provide some “free” funds on the front in order to seduce
enough people in our Republic to compromise our unity and subvert our cause in

order for them to seize and maintain control of what lawfully is only ours; thus
the unlawful and problematic requirement/condition of grand juries creating
treasury agencies, and this being done in at least thirty-six (36) states/republics
(36 is a quorum); and thus the exclusion of “national” from the process,
especially when “national” already has discovered the fraudulent nature of the
members of the so-called original funding group which mixed truths with lies
and has no signatory authority from the true principal(s). They will likely do
anything to discredit “national” especially the president's “inner circle”, and they
would use free funds to help secure to themselves what they forever lost when
the president and his inner circle discovered their folly and took the necessary
measures to preserve you and the Republic. The mere and impotent brokers rely
upon the authority of the Republic because they do not have signatory authority
of the true principals, thus an attempt to entice people to give them the
appearance of authority by way of grand juries; and the problem is that the
Republic is so far developed and inhabited that the grand juries are without any
de jure authority to create any treasury or treasury agency on the part of the
Republic. Only your/our congress has that authority.

2. What terms have not been disclosed? Where is a copy of the entirety of the offer
detailing all terms and conditions, and rights and obligations, and the disclosure
of the true identities of the principals/sources, and the true identities of the duly
authorized mediators/representatives, including brokers?

3. There is the danger of becoming wittingly or unwittingly involved in a money
laundering scheme, whether FRNs are used or other currency involved in illegal
activities. Where is the offer showing the terms identifying the funds sufficiently
for you/us to have the funds certified?

4. What great source of wealth and help for we who are in such great need of
funding cannot or will not cover incidental expenses, especially if they are
bearing gifts for meeting our needs? Typically, a broker asks for funds up front,
in the hope of gain without risk on his/her part. However, a broker may have
enough funds to give his part the appearance of that which is not true.

5. Who are the verified parties of the offer?Who by their offer is obtaining rights
and obligations in the agreement?Who is responsible for fraud on the offeror's
side of the deal? Who would you have to prosecute to obtain remedy regarding
fraud or injury? What types of deeds are done in the dark, without full
disclosure? Will you/we be tricked/fooled by the “that's not the way these
people do business” cloak and dagger ploy?

6. Do you/we have any clue regarding the concept of “nondisclosure”?Wisdom
does not broadcast many things, but is there not at least a minimum
requirement of full disclosure to the parties directly involved in the
transaction/agreement? It is not within the rights of any third party to the
agreement to be satisfied regarding the identities of the principals or their
agents (representatives).

7. Who will not bring their deeds into the light?Who would be afraid to provide for
one party to validate all other parties that are key to the agreement? What is the
quality of agreement and obligation where the parties are not allowed to be
vetted by the other parties? It is absurdity, and it is insecurity/peril.

8. See above at 7.

9. See above at 7. What do they not want you to know or have in evidence
regarding their involvement? Messengers typically have no signatory authority,
but validation requires identification. Mary and Susan are likely messengers
without authority of agency; in such they would serve as insulators and buffers
for the safety of those presenting the offer and its conditions.

If the messengers have signatory authority, they should be willing and prepared
to prove their authority and the identity of those with whose authority they act.
If upon our insistence they do not or will not prove themselves or their
principal(s), they should be rejected for cause.

10. If the funds are real and lawfully available, why would they not want them to be
certified? If you/we do not make sure that the funds are certified, you/we bear
the burden of illegality/unlawfulness, and that whether or not the other parties
get away or are caught. I understand that Sam Davis, one of the original patriot
leaders, has now, after being enticed into such a scam, plead guilty of multiple
counts of money laundering, and that the reason he gives for his involvement is
that he was in dire need of funds. Need does not equal justification of anything
unlawful, not even for the cause of our Republic. The cause of our Republic
involves lawfulness, and the prosperity and peace and security promoted and
preserved thereby.

11. Here is a very important clue regarding the business practices of those who do
have the gold, mother boxes, TOV boxes, stacks of currency, certifiable funds,
etc., and of those who have their signatory authority: they do not show
pictures! If anyone shows you pictures to induce your acceptance, by the very
nature of the business practices of the true principals the very fact of showing
such pictures flashes in neon lights: “DANGER!!!!” “FRAUD!!!!”. Of course, the
ignorant do not know this, and the con artist uses it to his advantage. Pictures do
not necessarily prove anything, especially taking into consideration photoalteration
software and technology available. Con artists have much at their
disposal.

12. Your/our integrity and competency regarding law and lawfulness are being
challenged and tested. Who would tempt or induce us to violate any law? Would
such be a reliable or desirable party to any agreement/contract with you/us?
Would it not be just like the de facto minded to use something illegal or unlawful
to set up your/our demise? How many of you/us have recognized that especially
at this point in our re-inhabitation of the Republic the use of grand juries to
create any treasury or treasury agency of government (at any level) is in fact
unconstitutional, and in every consideration unlawful? Besides, what true
Republic benefactor would state any condition involving a degreed (de facto
accountant) person or experienced de facto banker? Likewise, what true
Republic benefactor would state any condition involving de facto bank account,
which necessarily includes de facto jurisdiction regarding any funds on deposit?
The foolish and ignorant will be foolish and ignorant and do accordingly; and the
wise and knowing will be wise and knowing and do accordingly. Additionally, the
subject offer of funds presents conditions which would be injurious to our unity,
and that at a time when it is very critical for us to stay the course in complete
unity. At best, the alleged offerors/benefactors appear to be either too ignorant
of the law and lawful process to be of help to us or to be involved in
compromising our cause for their selfish gain, or, at worst, appear to be
instruments of the de facto government's efforts to destroy the integrity
necessary to our de jure survival.

Let us not give up the faith, but abide and walk by faith, abounding in the fruit of the
Spirit. Among that fruit are patience, hope, joy, and faithfulness. If we allow desperation
or foolishness to cause us to err, we will suffer the consequences. Let us secure
ourselves and each other in faith, and allow our Creator the time to in his wisdom and
providence fund our Republic properly. Faith is the victory; and we are nearer than some
believe.

Fellow Americans,

The question has been raised concerning supporting non-Christian leadership in our Republic in order to unite us. Some feel that we would be better served by a non-Christian leader that would make non-Christians feel more welcome in the Republic. I asked the Lord what to do concerning this matter and the following was written by his guidance, direction, and consent. I hope you will allow me to speak to you from my heart.

Throughout history we have had a number of Christian and non-Christian presidents and leaders. We also have a historical record of what happened in America during, and as a result, of their terms of office. I think it would be wise to consider history as a reference since we all know that it always repeats itself. Taking a good honest look at the legacy of former leaders can give us insight into what we should expect by our actions. It is not my intention to offend anyone. We welcome all Americans to help us build our nation regardless of color, race, creed, national origin, or religious beliefs. We will not harm anyone as long as they do not harm us. We will not persecute anyone because of their religious beliefs or lack thereof. We will stand for truth and support the ideals and belief system that made America one of the greatest superpowers that has ever existed.

Our first President of the Constitutional Union, George Washington was a Christian. George Washington prayed an average of four hours per day while he was President. He realized he could not lead this nation without God’s guidance. During his term the nation was established and set free from a tyrannical king. Laws were established so the common man could own his private land and receive the full benefits of his labor without reprisal from a wicked ruler or government. Business and industry flourished and America began the climb from being a fledgling nation to a full blown world power. President Washington was acutely aware that a nation established on God’s Principles by God’s Principals would be blessed and protected by the Creator. He was right and America blossomed.

Many of President Washington’s contemporaries were Christians. Although a few were not they still recognized and followed the basic Principles of Christianity. As a result of their actions, during their terms of office, America continued to thrive. Congress always holds prayer before convening asking guidance of the Creator. The people of America were very much blessed during the first ninety years of our new Republic.

America was blessed by God because we reverenced Him and His Son the Christ during our early years. Like most civilizations before us we began to grow and prosper and forgot about how important God is in our daily lives. We had money at that point and we could go buy what we needed. No longer were we solely dependent, season-to-season, on crops and farm animals to feed our families. Hunger was no longer a problem as it had been for many of our forefathers. We had better homes, clothes, health care, transportation, sanitation, infrastructure, and even entertainment. We also had leisure time to enjoy ourselves unlike many of our forefathers who worked long hours every day just to survive. We no longer felt it urgent to pray for our survival. We were comfortable, became lazy and let our guard down. As a result of our new found prosperity many of our leaders began to institute and follow Principles which were not of the Christian doctrine and began to burden the people. Taxes increased, laws were implemented to give others rule over the people. This rule was often abused and many people were deprived of their possessions they earned by hard work. Politicians were elected in the place of statesmen and the American people began to feel the heavy hand of a big oppressive government upon their necks. Much of this was due to greed and corruption by our trusted elected officials. This is the price our ancestors and their children are paying for moving away from God’s Principles.

America progressed and continued to move away from Christian ideals and in 1860 we were thrust into a civil war under the leadership of President Lincoln. Although he claimed to be a Christian man his actions would suggest otherwise. During his reign he imprisoned more than two thousand political prisoners without a trial. Hundreds of thousands of Americans died as a result of war, injuries, famine, and disease. All Americans were thrust into debt due to the war while the Rothschild family and their relatives were gathering the wealth of the people. He was shot by his wife, Mary Todd Lincoln, for having a baby with a mistress. Abraham Lincoln was a descendant of the Rothschild banking cartel. He was the illegitimate son of A. A. Springs who was a direct
descendant of the Rothschild family. This information was found in A. A. Springs' last will and testament filed in a county courthouse. See the book “Pandora’s Box” by Alex Christopher. It was popular and necessary in those days to appear to be a Christian in order to get elected so many politicians used the Christian platform to get into office. Some still use it today.

Woodrow Wilson was another President who did not follow Christian Principles. He began the sell out of America to the Federal Reserve System during his term. Before his death he admitted he had destroyed his own nation and people through listening to unwise counsel. If he had used Godly counsel this could not have happened, but it was his choice not to.

President Franklin Delano Roosevelt also followed non-Christian Principles. He gave complete control of the banks to the Federal Reserve, confiscated the gold from the people of America, gave us worthless paper money, created inflation, strengthened the ability of the Internal Revenue Service to steal the people’s wealth, and promoted laws that would imprison people for just about anything, including standing up for their God-given constitutional rights. He chose to follow his will instead of God which led us into the Second World War. Hundreds of thousands of Americans died and the debt ceiling was raised significantly during his term. He monetized the public and private lands in America and monetized the American people’s birth certificates to help pay for the war. The nuclear age was born and for the first time in history we had the ability to destroy the entire human race with our terrible weapons. We began an arms race that locked the whole world into so much debt that it has destroyed the economies of the nations of the world. How much suffering could have been prevented if we had not gone down this path of destruction? How many lives were needlessly lost? The family began to erode because many mothers began working out of necessity. Many of their husbands had died in the war and they became the sole bread winner in the family. Because of our prosperity our Grandparents moved away to retirement centers leaving the grand children with no link to their heritage, faith, or ancestry. They became raised by the public school system, baby sitters, and television. During the 50’s and 60’s morals began to slowly erode. Drug abuse began to be a problem among teens, teen age pregnancy and abortion became a major problem in America. Gang violence began to escalate and the prison system began to expand to compensate for the explosion in numbers of criminals. Children became disrespectful toward parents and disobedient. All of these events would have been prevented if we would have only followed Christian Principles.

President Johnson was another example of a President who did not follow Christian Principles. He led us into the Viet Nam war through an intentional pre-planned False Flag incident. His wife was an owner of Bell and Howell and made fortunes on defense contracts during the war. Hundreds of thousands of lives were lost and more debt created for the people. He stopped President Kennedy’s plan to re-institute national banks and shut down the Federal Reserve System.

President Carter was also a man claiming to be a Christian. He teaches a Sunday school class and builds homes for the poor, but his tree does not bear good fruit. He gave away the Panama Canal, a strategic shipping lane, and was instrumental in creating a World Constitution. The first amendment of the World Constitution is there will be no guns in the hands of the people. He has worked for years to bring about the New World Order (NWO) which is a satanically inspired organization. The goal of the New World Order is to eliminate most of the world population by war, famine, poison, and disease (Genocide). The NWO certainly does not follow Christian Principles.

President Reagan followed a non-Christian agenda. He brought us mediums and séances to the White House, participated in moloch worship which is a form of luciferian human sacrifice. Remember the owl in California? These things are strictly forbidden by the scriptures. Reagan sowed the seeds that led us to un-sustainable debt in America. He instituted the War on Drugs and the DARE program. Now all grade school children have an education on how to do drugs. What he didn’t tell us was the War on Drugs was a ploy to allow the US Military and our tax money to protect the larger drug cartels by destroying their competition. Drug abuse is more prevalent now than ever in America.

We have George Bush, president number 41. He was a Christian, right? Let’s take a closer look. He gave us the Gulf War and the GulfWar syndrome. I guess our soldiers are allergic to depleted uranium after all. He was the first President to publicly support the New World Order. He is a member of Scull and Bones, an occult organization. He signed an executive order allowing UN troops to occupy our nation without congressional approval. He is involved in numerous financial scandals around the world. He also significantly increased the national debt. I don’t think he will pass the test.

How about Bill Clinton? He certainly did not follow Godly Principles. He gave us the Monica Lewinsky White House scandal. He cost us millions in wasted tax dollars investigating him for impeachment. He was responsible for NAFTA and GATT which destroyed the industry in America and cost countless jobs. He orchestrated many Free Trade agreements that have caused many businesses to leave our country and cost more jobs. He deceptively balanced the budget by simply removing items from the budget even though the government was still paying them. The Oklahoma City bombing False Flag operation was during his administration. He supports a strong UN, the New World Order, and helped institute partial birth abortion which is nothing more than a satanic sacrifice. And he gave us Hillary. What a guy!

George Bush 43 claimed he was a Christian. He was a member of Skull and Bones, supported the New World Order, created more un-sustainable debt, the Gulf War, supported Halliburton and their non-accountability of government funds, and don’t forget 9-11 and the Patriot Act.

Now we have Barrack Hussein Obama. He is not even a lawful American citizen who was elected by fraudulent means. He is a Muslim who are sworn to kill anyone who is not Muslim. He has been involved in back room deals with bankers to destroy the American economy completely and supports the invading nation of Islam.

This is a small list of some Presidents who have led our Nation. The results of the actions of these people have been un-sustainable national debt, poverty, hardship, homelessness, hunger, illness, disease, rampant homosexuality, destruction of our planet, imprisonment of our people, theft of the American people’s assets, destruction of the family, faulty infrastructure, lack of financial accountability, increased violence, increased crime, increased drug abuse, intentional poisoning of our people, chem-trails, defamation of America’s reputation abroad, breach of trust, murder, shedding of innocent blood (abortions), millions of deaths, and the most important of all-God’s judgment against America!

If we support non-Christian leaders we will get the same results as we had before. With good conscience I cannot support a non-Christian agenda. It will eat like a cancer at the very fabric of our Republic until we become the same as the corrupt government that is now in Washington. Christian values will keep the people free and cause our nation to prosper. Those who oppose Christian values could learn a lesson from history. Those who oppose Christ the Son oppose God the Creator. The scriptures are very clear that two cannot walk together unless they agree. It is not my intention to offend anyone, but the truth is still the truth. If you do not support Christian Principles in government I suggest you go your way in peace. God has placed upon me the responsibility to lead this Republic in the way it should go and that is sacred to me. I, James Timothy Turner, President of the Republic for the united States of America, pledged an oath to uphold the ideals contained in the Holy Bible, Constitution of the United States of America and the Bill of Rights which are legislated as our law form by Congress. I pledged to support God and my country. If I support a non-Christian agenda it would violate the oath I have taken before God and We the People. I re-affirm that I will not violate my oath to the Creator and the people of America, so help me God, the Creator, and his son (Jesus/Yashua) the Christ my redeemer.

We know the foundation upon which we can rely in order to claim our position as to why we, in the Republic, require certain procedures to join the Republic at this time: everyone makes a covenant to uphold the law form of the founding documents of this country which is based on God's Word - the Bible, and which all the Founding Fathers relied upon and adhered to. Every man and woman is pledging / covenanting to defend the Constitution which is based on the Christian principles for FREEDOM, as found in God's Word. And the Declaration document approved by vote in Utah, as the foundation of the Republic for the united States, states that "The Bible" is the source of the law form for freedom in this country.

Just a note for your knowledge bank: Even though we can produce hoards of written sources which identify the word "Christian" as a religion, it needs to be noted that Christianity is a relationship with the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and is not a "religion" which is a man-made set of doctrines to believe and conform to a specific man-determined philosophy.

You are, of course, aware that in the formation of a government, the Founders came up with three separate and distinct branches Judicial, Legislative, and Executive.

But do you know what influenced that decision?
It was Isaiah 33:22. That verse reads thus: "For the Lord is our Judge, our Lawgiver, and our King.
It is He who will save us."
The Lord is our Judge; that is the judicial side.
The Lord is our Lawgiver; that is the legislative side.
The Lord is our King; that is the executive side.

The concept was that, if God was to save and protect this nation, then He must be over all three branches of government.

History is the story of the evolution of something we call law, and underlying law in balance is called money, and there’s an underlying real law, a standard we could call it God’s Law, Nature’s Law, Law that is in balance that honors all beings, that honors all life. But in the course of history, that law has been turned upside down and inside out, and what we have is the similitude, the mirror image that is backwards of real law. So, history, law, and money have been utilized as a very complex codified system to do what??? . . . to bind the people of this planet and use the people to harvest the natural resources and have the labor and the intellectual capacity of those people with those resources to literally build our own prison.

But we retain the capacity . . . we live in a country which has established itself on fundamental foundations. “What is the authority to come together, to do what you’re doing?” people ask. The Declaration of Independence of the united States of America, 1776, adopted by unanimous decisions, with a small “u,” (and Ken read a portion) @ 10:36 minutes.

15:50 The Republic has been re-established by lawful process. All 50 states established a jural body. Jural means law. A de jure Grand Jury has been established in all 50 states.

Remember, one person in a republic is more capable in law than 300 million in a democracy.

16:50 So all 50 states formed a jural body with the capacity in law as a de jure Grand Jury (djGJ).

In American jurisprudence there’s a set of volumes, documents, called Corpus Juris Secondum. ???
Corpus Juris means the body of law.
Secundum means the second or second edition.
In volume 38, Section A, there’s a line or clause that states that when a de jure is formed, a de facto Grand Jury can not co-exist with it. So the djGjs that were established in Feb. & March of last year, established the reinstituting of the law form for the people and by the people.

That took place in Feb and March, and in late March, unanimously, that body, the 50 Grand Juries, made presentments to the de facto governors of each of the 50 states. And it was basically not a demand for them to step down, but a demand that they take an oath in law to the people. Because as you will come to understand, the governing system that is in place, that we’ve grown used to, is not a pledge of oath to the people and to the original structure this country was founded on. 18:31

So this was a presentment in law and according to every rule and requirement in our system, in 3 days if they did not respond and did not comply, they basically defaulted on that demand. When they defaulted, that in effect, was an abandonment of their status that had been previously accepted and allowed by the people. Upon that abandonment, the people, the de jure Grand Juries of the 50 states, then had the empowerment and the capacity in the full right in law to institute a new form of self-government and self-determination. That took place over the next few months, leading to the point when we as 50 sovereign bodies with jural, lawful capacity came together and established the first step in re-instituting the Republic for the united States of America. That step was to establish the provisional executive branch and to elect President Turner into that position, and then CW became the Vice President, and progressively since that time, in July, through August, September, October, various steps were taken. Each state elected a Governor, we elected members of the House and the Senate. We convened properly . . . the Congress, and then that led up to the event in November in Utah where we established by Declaration of Sovereign Intent who and what we are.

And that has gone out to the world, and the world is paying attention. Because that rogue state known as the United States has been on a rampage for decades and even centuries, and the world has had enough. You can see it on the news. Egypt is exploding because they have had enough. Many nation states . . . they’ve all had enough because they all recognized that we’ve been bamboozled, that there’s enough wealth on this planet that nobody needs to go hungry, nobody needs to live in the kind of abject poverty that we see every day on our televisions.

What I’ve learned in looking at the encoded, multi-layered system of control on this planet, is that a big lie has been presented that the people have bought. And continued to re-affirm. That lie is one that uses several principles to define our reality. 21:32 Those principles are called lack and limitation, and it’s based on fear and survival. 21:39 And if we buy into that, the world that we see today will continue in the way that it is and we’re on a path to self-destruction.

But the Republic has committed itself to a new set of principles. Remember I read in there (referring to the passage he read of the Declaration of Independence) about the principles and policies upon which we reform a new form of governance? For me those principles are unity, abundance, and prosperity, because there’s enough wealth in this world, there’s enough energy, there’s enough water, food, that everybody could have a proper level of nourishment, housing, everything that we take for granted, that we cherish for ourselves, our children, our families, and our communities. So as I said, I set out to make the world my home, and I encourage you all to think in the same way.

Earlier this year, in our jural assembly in California, I presented a document that I had written 10 years ago, . . . it was called a Declaration of Intention. It was very simple and it will be on the website for the California Republic soon, and it was based on two very basic principles: service and stewardship. Because the difference between stewardship and what we see running rampant in the world today, that the resources and the wealth of the world - - - I’m not talking about communism, or state-ism, or socialism, but I’m talking about a proper balance and the stewardship of the wealth and the resources that can be used for everybody. And we did, unanimously pass that Declaration of Intent which was simply as we build and grow this Republic, the wealth that we accrue and build is going to grow and overflow and is going to spread across this nation and revitalize it and heal it and bring people to work and give them what they need to have abundant lives and lives that have meaning and purpose and intent, and then America can return to the greatness that we once had and the respect that this world had. So if those principles mean something to you, please, come into the Republic.

You need to first enter the Republic by one simple act. That act is your Declaration of Sovereign Rights held by Indigenous Powers. What does that mean? It means that the people of America have always been the Sovereigns. There is no one above the Sovereign than the Creator. There is no one who tells you what to do. That doesn’t look like that’s the kind of system we have today, does it? So our Sovereign Rights never went away. They can’t go away. If you understand law and history the way I’ve studied it, you’ll understand the system we’re talking about has only been an overlay that was laid over like a blanket over the original structure. The original structure has never gone away. All we needed to do is re-inhabit it. So the first step is the individual because the building block of the Republic is thee individual. I declare my Sovereign Rights held by Indigenous Power. What is indigenous power? Indigenous means native to the land. This doesn’t mean that the native Americans, the original nations are separate from what we’re doing. History has brought us to where we are today. We are co-equal with them. We are all holding indigenous power. I honor and respect Native Americans as I honor and respect all nations, all races. But we’re co-equal as we hold our individual Sovereign Rights in Indigenous Power.

So some very educated individuals, in law, have come together in the national and at the state levels to bring a very simple mechanism by which we can all come into the Republic. And that is defined in two, very simple documents. Your Declaration of Sovereign Rights held on the land in Indigenous Power, and a Jural Covenant which is that I become the law and I create and establish my covenant with all of you as we hold the law together. 27:07 So as we hold the law together and we’re grounded in the law, we have to create forms in which we establish our models of self-governance, and that’s what we’re in the process of doing. It’s a long, hard process. And we need everyone who has any sense of what’s going on on the other side of things, and what we have, the inherent capacity and the potentiality to create the Republic. And it’s time to come on board. And that’s what this jamboree is all about. We’re here to bring people in and establish an understanding of what 27:52 the solutions are, which I’m going to get to in a minute. Where is the remedy? How do we fix the problem? So the first step is we come in individually, and we come into the law and we hold our capacity in law, the jural covenant.

28:10 Then, we come together as a free state. California is already established as a free state. That was done by the de jure Grand Juries as I said and then the process as has taken place in the last 10 months. There is absolutely nothing that can negate that or stop that or not make that a fact.

So now in California, what we’re doing, we’re convening our counties. The counties are the building blocks of our (Republic, our state Republic ……..NOTE: It should more accurately be states that the counties are the building blocks of the free state which has a Republican Form of Government according to Article IV, Section 4 of the national Constitution for the united States of America.)

28:58 Spoke about convening in a church in a town in California in November and convening a de jure county, a lawful county, and ratified the Constitution for that county and it’s called the County Settlement Constitution. It’s a very simple document, and if you look on the Republic website, you will find it and you can read it. It’s being revised right now . . . refined and fine-tuned, but it is satisfactory as it’s been accepted by numerous counties throughout California and the Republic, the nation.

29:45 So the county becomes the form of local governance, and the constitution that forms and establishes the county settlement, establishes county offices, and we elect our county offices. What’s important is that the remedy that we need to get this tyrannical, despotic parasite known as the federal government in all its permutations, and believe me . . . everything you see down to your local board of supervisors, your board of education, is a part of the federal government. So when we establish our local level at the county, we establish our office seats 30:32, we begin to fill those offices, and we begin to build our remedy. Why is that?

Some of those offices are such things as a Land Records Office, a Library of Records, because in law, everything is by a record. A Common Law Court proceeds on the basis as a permanent court of record. Once you have had to deal with the de facto court system, you know it’s all convoluted. It’s all distorted. It’s all smoke and mirrors. 31:10 And if you knew history and law and the history of the last 200 years as I do, you’d faint, if you knew how insidious that is. 31:24 And progressively as we build the California website, and the Republic for the united States website, there’s going to be more and more education that is going to be on those websites, and I absolutely encourage you, ignorance and self-government do not co-exist together. If you’re ignorant you’re going to be controlled. IF you want to stand in self-responsibility and self-governance and self-determination collectively as we’re doing in the Republic, 31:57, you must become educated, and it is a lifetime pursuit. I’ve been pursuing for 50 years and I feel as I’ve just graduated kindergarten . . . at that level. 32:07 I’m hoping for at least another 100 years to get to the level of high school at understanding it all. But I’m doing my best to help others by building the educational models that we’re going to be putting onto the websites to guide you in your education, to understand what we need to do.

32:31 So, the establishment of the Library of Records, the Land Records, the offices at the county level, are paramount in creating enough deficiency to have our remedies in law. We don’t have time today. Maybe in the Q&A we can go into how that works. There are videos already that myself and others have done in outlining how that works, why it works, and what the function, what the results of that is. Suffice to say that we are putting together every we need to gain the complete remedy to stop the mortgage fraud, stop the foreclosures, stop the rape and pillage through taxation, how to build a new economy.

Let me give you a quick lesson in economy. I gave you a quick lesson in political theory. I gave you one with the wolves and the sheep. 33:50 There’s a guy who into a hotel. He asks the proprietor, “I would like a room, but I would like to see it first.” The proprietor says, “Here’s the key, go up to the third floor, take a look at the room, but I need a $100 deposit.” So the guy pulls out a $100 bill and puts it on the counter, takes the key, and goes upstairs. 34:15 The proprietor grabs that $100 bill, runs across the street to the butcher because he owes him $100, and he pays his bill. The butcher in turn, runs across the street to the carpenter who built something in the backroom, because he owes him $100, so he pays the carpenter off. The carpenter happened to visit one of the working ladies of the town and he owed $100, so he ran over to her place and paid her off. Well, her place of business was the hotel, so she ran over to the hotel and paid her bill off. 34:55 Just then he guy came down from upstairs and said, “It’s just not right for me,” took his $100 bill, and left.

See how that works? I think it was James Madison who said something to the effect of, “the ignorance of coin, credit, and currency.” We’ve been bamboozled as to how that works. This is an example how laissez faire economy through currency circulation works. That same bill just settled four debts, right? But what if there was an IRS agent at every step of the way and he took his ten percent and his ten percent and his ten percent? Because this is how it works. The Federal Reserve issues 35:46 a $100 Federal Reserve Note, trades it to the Treasury for a $100 Treasure bill or bond that carries interest. That interest is attached to the Treasury which in turn is attached to all the people through the bondage I made reference to before. But that Federal Reserve Note is a Note. It’s an obligation to pay. But in the system we have it can circulate as a medium of legal tender. 36:14 But the use of it is a privilege, it’s a compelled benefit. You take a compelled benefit or privilege from the government, you are bound by it’s rules. That attaches you to everything they call law and that’s nothing more than private, corporate rules. The difference is that in order to use that, that $100 bill, you have to pay the tax 36:42. And that $100 bill will become gross income to dozens of people and businesses throughout the country in one year’s time, each one of which has to pay 10% as an average of income tax. Before you know it, the Federal Reserve and its partners have earned $200 worth of labor and value on that piece of paper through taxation, not to mention inflation and everything else, and it never has to pay the note. It just circulates as a means to continually bind and bond and parasitically draw off of our capacity.

37:27 So imagine if we go back to our original economic form where the monetary unit we use in the Republic is like the first example - - - that there is no taxation on the labor or the materials or the wealth that we draw from the land. And we start building a new economic foundation ………. Just think how fast we will rebuild this country.

37:50 So I’m here to tell you that I know on first-hand knowledge that the models and the necessities to have the Republic to have its own monetary system, our own banking system, are being worked on. We have to build our foundation by filling out everything that’s required and that begins with you, builds to the counties, and strengthens the California Republic. (Again NOTE: Better to be said the California free state.) California is said to be the 6th or now maybe the 8th largest economy in the world. Imagine if all that economic capacity comes into the California Republic and we exclude the Federal Reserve system, the taxation and everything else that has been a parasite on us. Imagine what strength and capacity California can be to lead the nation in leading the world. Right now, right here, in this tent we have more capability to lead and change this world than anywhere else on this planet. Imagine that. All of you.

39:21 So I’m going to finish with one last concept. As I said, I’ve been studying history for 50 years. I’ve looked at, “how is it that we can be controlled or have been controlled?” There are a lot of lessons in law and all of that, and I can’t go into detail. But it does get down into law in one thing . . . Consent, contract. By our contracting to a jurisdiction. The word, jurisdiction, means an oath. Juris means law, but underneath it, it means an oath . . . 39:51 . . . binding by contact. So the Declaration of Sovereign Rights severs that contract and the presumption of attachment from any foreign jurisdiction. Your only jurisdiction when you enter the Republic is the Republic.

Aside from that, in my exploration of history, and law, and related things, I have boiled it down to understanding and seeing that there’s been a continuum that goes back 5,000 years continuously in history, Egypt to Sumer to Babylon, pre-Biblical periods to Rome, all the way current. It’s been a systematic , continuous agenda to arrive at this end point where we’re now standing in time, to bind by contract, by oath of allegiance to a foreign power, to a system of eternal slavery, for yourselves, your children, your grand children, on down. And believe me, we’re at the sliver point of the precipice of that actually taking place. If we don’t stand and stop it right now, right here, it’s gone forever: “If you lose liberty, you lose it forever.”

41:22 So what I’ve discovered is that the control system is boiled down to two fundamental things: control the law and control the land. I’ve described briefly how we are controlled by the similitude of law - - - corporate rules, known as codes, ordinances, statutes and what have you by an act of consent by contract by an oath of jurisdiction.

41:50 The land is another thing. We have been lifted off the land and put into a false reality of containment called equity. Everything you know about equity and title and title insurance and property is all part of the lie. It’s how they manipulate the entire system, the money system, the tax system, you name it because we are all dispossessed from the land. The Republic has a means by establishing through the county and the state and the national levels where we are establishing our own courts, our own local Grand Juries. We are going to be able to institute means to have remedy, to sever the presumption of attachment in that false equity system, and reclaim our land and bring the land into the Republic. Because you will hear the phrase over and over again as you study and you learn about what the Republic is which is “on the land.”

42:53 So as Chelene mentioned earlier, in the raffle, there are 10, 1-ounce silver rounds that someone can win. It says, “California, a free state. We the People, Sovereigns, on the land, re-inhabited 2010, freedom, liberty, and justice.” On the land because the land, obviously, is the gift we have been given out of which and from which all things come in terms of the nourishment, the health, the wealth, the energy, the warmth, everything we need. They have stolen it from across the world, but they can not hold on to it if we reclaim it. We have here in America, mechanisms in law and foundations through the history of this country that no other people on this planet have. We have the capacity and it is being instituted through the systems of the Republic for us to reclaim the land. Because in the history of the world, only a Sovereign can hold the land. Everybody else is a serf or a slave. So learn what that means. I encourage you to come to understand the difference between the system you thought was real and what it means to be on the land as Sovereigns in the Republic.

And on the other side of the coin, it says at the top, “One union compact, one people, one nation,” and it has the outline of our state and a couple of the key icons: the Golden Gate and the big trees. So please, buy a raffle ticket. Put some money in because someday you’ll be able to tell your grandchildren, “I helped rebuild, re-inhabit, and re-establish the Republic that you now enjoy with freedom and liberty and justice.” And your grandchildren will say to you, “How did you do it, Daddy or Granddaddy?” And you’ll say, “I bought a raffle ticket!” (lots of laughter)

28 PRINCIPLES OF SOUND GOVERNMENT - by FOUNDING FATHERS

Twenty (28) Principles of Sound government

Someone created the following based on The Five Thousand Year Leap by W. Cleon Skousen (This is a book President Reagan wanted as required reading in every high school and college student’s school years and Ted Kennedy lead the influence to kill that plan!)

Principle 1 - The only reliable basis for sound government and just human relations is Natural Law. Natural law is God's law. There are certain laws which govern the entire universe, and just as Thomas Jefferson said in the Declaration of Independence, there are laws which govern in the affairs of men which are "the laws of nature and of nature's God."

Principle 2 - A free people cannot survive under a republican constitution unless they remain virtuous and morally strong. "Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters." - Benjamin Franklin

Principle 3 - The most promising method of securing a virtuous people is to elect virtuous leaders. "Neither the wisest constitution nor the wisest laws will secure the liberty and happiness of a people whose manners are universally corrupt. He therefore is the truest friend to the liberty of his country who tries most to promote its virtue, and who ... will not suffer a man to be chosen into any office of power and trust who is not a wise and virtuous man." - Samuel Adams

Principle 4 – Northwest Ordinance, Article 3: Religion, morality, and knowledge being necessary to good government and the happiness of mankind, schools and the means of education shall forever be encouraged.
Without religion the government of a free people cannot be maintained. "Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports.... And let us with caution indulge the supposition that morality can be maintained without religion . . . Reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail to the exclusion of religious principle. It is substantially true that virtue or morality is a necessary spring of popular government." – George Washington’s Farewell Address, Northwest Ordinance.

Principle 5 - All things were created by God, therefore upon him all mankind are equally dependent, and to him they are equally responsible. The American Founding Fathers considered the existence of the Creator as the most fundamental premise underlying all self-evident truth. They felt a person who boasted he or she was an atheist had just simply failed to apply his or her divine capacity for reason and observation.

Principle 6 - All mankind were created equal. The Founders knew that in these three ways, all mankind are theoretically treated as:
• Equal before God.
• Equal before the law.
• Equal in their rights.

Principle 7 - The proper role of government is to protect equal rights, not provide equal things. The Founders recognized that the people cannot delegate to their government any power except that which they have the lawful right to exercise themselves.

Principle 8 - Mankind are endowed by God with certain unalienable rights. "Those rights, then, which God and nature have established, and are therefore called natural rights, such as are life and liberty, need not the aid of human laws to be more effectually invested in every man than they are; neither do they receive any additional strength when declared by the municipal [or state] laws to be inviolable. On the contrary, no human legislation has power to abridge or destroy them, unless the owner [of the right] shall himself commit some act that amounts to a forfeiture." - William Blackstone

Principle 9 - To protect human rights, God has revealed a code of divine law. "The doctrines thus delivered we call the revealed or divine law, and they are to be found only in the Holy Scriptures. These precepts, when revealed, are found by comparison to be really a part of the original law of nature, as they tend in all their consequences to man's felicity." - William Blackstone

Principle 10 - The God-given right to govern is vested in the sovereign authority of the whole people. "The fabric of American empire ought to rest on the solid basis of the consent of the people. The streams of national power ought to flow immediately from that pure, original fountain of all legislative authority." - Alexander Hamilton

Principle 11 - The majority of the people may alter or abolish a government which has become tyrannical. "Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes ... but when a long train of abuses and usurpations ... evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security." - Thomas Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence

Principle 12 - The United States of America shall be a republic. "I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands...."

Principle 13 - A Constitution should protect the people from the frailties of their rulers. "If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary.... [But lacking these] you must first enable the government to control the governed; and in the next place oblige it to control itself." - James Madison

Principle 14 - Life and liberty are secure only so long as the rights of property are secure. John Locke reasoned that God gave the earth and everything in it to the whole human family as a gift. Therefore the land, the sea, the acorns in the forest, the deer feeding in the meadow belong to everyone "in common." However, the moment someone takes the trouble to change something from its original state of nature, that person has added his ingenuity or labor to make that change. Herein lies the secret to the origin of "property rights."

Principle 15 - The highest level of prosperity occurs when there is a free-market economy and a minimum of government regulations. Prosperity depends upon a climate of wholesome stimulation with four basic freedoms in operation:
• The Freedom to try.
• The Freedom to buy.
• The Freedom to sell.
• The Freedom to fail.

Principle 16 - The government should be separated into three branches.
"I call you to witness that I was the first member of the Congress who ventured to come out in public, as I did in January 1776, in my Thoughts on Government ... in favor of a government with three branches and an independent judiciary. This pamphlet, you know, was very unpopular. No man appeared in public to support it but yourself." – John Adams

Principle 17 - A system of checks and balances should be adopted to prevent the abuse of power by the different branches of government. "It will not be denied that power is of an encroaching nature and that it ought to be effectually restrained from passing the limits assigned to it." - James Madison

Principle 18 - The unalienable rights of the people are most likely to be preserved if the principles of government are set forth in a written Constitution. The structure of the American system is set forth in the Constitution of the United States and the only weaknesses which have appeared are those which were allowed to creep in despite the Constitution.

Principle 19 - Only limited and carefully defined powers should be delegated to government, all others being retained by the people. The Tenth Amendment is the most widely violated provision of the bill of rights. If it had been respected and enforced America would be an amazingly different country than it is today. This amendment provides: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Principle 20 - Efficiency and dispatch require that the government operate according to the will of the majority, but constitutional provisions must be made to protect the rights of the minority. "Every man, by consenting with others to make one body politic under one government, puts himself under an obligation to every one of that society to submit to the determination of the majority, and to be concluded [bound] by it." - John Locke

Principle 21 - Strong local self-government is the keystone to preserving human freedom. "The way to have good and safe government is not to trust it all to one, but to divide it among the many, distributing to every one exactly the functions he is competent [to perform best]. - Thomas Jefferson

Principle 22 - A free people should be governed by law and not by the whims of men. "The end of law is not to abolish or restrain, but to preserve and enlarge freedom. For in all the states of created beings, capable of laws, where there is no law there is no freedom. For liberty is to be free from restraint and violence of others, which cannot be where there is no law." - John Locke

Principle 23 - A free society cannot survive as a republic without a broad program of general education. "They made an early provision by law that every town consisting of so many families should be always furnished with a grammar school. They made it a crime for such a town to be destitute of a grammar schoolmaster for a few months, and subjected it to a heavy penalty. So that the education of all ranks of people was made the care and expense of the public, in a manner that I believe has been unknown to any other people, ancient or modern. The consequences of these establishments we see and feel every day [written in 1765]. A native of America who cannot read and write is as rare ... as a comet or an earthquake." John Adams

Principle 24 - A free people will not survive unless they stay strong. "To be prepared for war is one of the most effectual means of preserving peace." - George Washington

Principle 25 - "Peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations -- entangling alliances with none."- Thomas Jefferson, given in his first inaugural address.

Principle 26 - The core unit which determines the strength of any society is the family; therefore the government should foster and protect its integrity. "There is certainly no country in the world where the tie of marriage is more respected than in America, or where conjugal happiness is more highly or worthily appreciated." Alexis de Tocqueville

Principle 27 - The burden of debt is as destructive to human freedom as subjugation by conquest. "We are bound to defray expenses [of the war] within our own time, and are unauthorized to burden posterity with them.... We shall all consider ourselves morally bound to pay them ourselves and consequently within the life [expectancy] of the majority." - Thomas Jefferson

Principle 28 - The United States has a manifest destiny to eventually become a glorious example of God's law under a restored Constitution that will inspire the entire human race. The Founders sensed from the very beginning that they were on a divine mission. Their great disappointment was that it didn't all come to pass in their day, but they knew that someday it would. John Adams wrote: "I always consider the settlement of America with reverence and wonder, as the opening of a grand scene and design in Providence for the illumination of the ignorant, and the emancipation of the slavish part of mankind all over the earth."

Nevertheless, the content is very appropriate for the Republic. Most of us Americans really need to find our backbone again! Here goes . . . .

Life, liberty or your pursuit of happiness will not be endangered because someone says a 30-second prayer before a football game. So what's the big deal? It's not like somebody is up there reading the entire Book of Acts. They're just talking to a God they believe in and asking him to grant safety to the players on the field and the fans going home from the game.

But it's a Christian prayer, some will argue.

According to our very own phone book, Christian churches outnumber all others better than 200-to-1.

So what would you expect –

“But what about the atheists?” is another argument. What about them? Nobody is asking them to be baptized. We're not going to pass the collection plate. Just humor us for 30 seconds. If that's asking too much, bring a Walkman or a pair of ear plugs. Go to the bathroom. Visit the concession stand. Call your lawyer! Unfortunately, one or two will make that call. One or two will tell thousands what they can and cannot do. I don't think a short prayer at a football game is going to shake the world's foundations.

Christians are just sick and tired of turning the other cheek while our courts strip us of all our rights. Our parents and grandparents taught us to pray before eating, to pray before we go to sleep. Our Bible tells us to pray without ceasing. Now a handful of people and their lawyers are telling us to cease praying.

God, help us. And if that last sentence offends you, well, just sue me.

The silent majority has been silent too long. It's time we tell that one or two who scream loud enough to be heard that the vast majority doesn't care what they want. It is time that the majority rules! It's time we tell them, "You don't have to pray; You don't have to say the Pledge of Allegiance; you don't have to believe in God or attend services that honor Him. That is your right, and we will honor your right; But by golly, you are no longer going to take our rights away.

We are fighting back, and we WILL WIN!"

The "Ambassador" program "was retired." Those were the words used in a letter from national via Jim Fitzgerald, speaking for President Turner.

Therefore, there is no longer a coordinated program with a national connection throughout all 50 free states for We the People in Jural Assemblies, to have one person in each free state:
- - as the "connector" amongst the free state's state-level Jural Assembly and all of that free state's county Jural Assemblies,
- - as the guidance counselor, so-to-speak, to see that everyone even understands, and then maintains a focus on and stays in compliance with the 1776-1787-1789-1791 American Constitutional Republic form of governemnt established in and for this country, or-by-and-for We the People that was restored and re-inhabited in 2010,
- - and keeps the record, more or less, of knowing what is all going on within their free state.

At this moment I don't know what is going to happen, nor how the Jural Assemblies are going to deal with holding their "We the People" structures together. More to come . . . . . October 1, 2011.

* * * Originally was a "State Coordinator" and appointed by the now Pres. Tim Turner.

* * * Some have now been "elected or given approval" by their free state's Jural Assembly.

* * * Some have been stripped of the position title (influenced by a power-grabber or other authority-controller in their free state), but are still carrying forth the position responsibilities by volunteering due to their heart-felt necessity to build their free state.

* * * Some new replacements are referred by the free state Jural Assembly to the National Chief Ambassador for appointment.

* * * Some free states "did away" with their Ambassador, and for the life of me I can't figure out who is picking up the slack and taking on all the responsibilities for the job. Remember . . . it's like "truth" - - - it never changes no matter what you believe. Well, the same is true of the Ambassador's job responsibilities - - - they still exist. So I wonder . . . . . ! Who is coordinating all the counties, teaching them the structure the Republican Form of Government, and training them to know what to do???

--Ambassador Charged with:
A. Representing We The People as the communication link with national.
      (The 2 Senators sent to national by the State Legislative Government according to the
      National Constitution of 1787-1789, are to represent the elected State servants.
      Yes, We The People needed to elect the Provisional Senators to get us going in July-
      Sept. 2010, but in the future, in real-time elections, they will be appointed by the
      State Legislature. The 17th Amendment will no longer exist.)

B. calling the “We The People” Jural Assembly together so they establish a Jural
      Assembly Admin Board from the Jural Assembly people: a panel of elected officers
      for reasonably short periods of time (4-6-12 months suggested so you get people to
      volunteer; so you give more people an opportunity to become involved; if you have
      someone not up to par in the job, you can switch them out in a reasonably short
      period of time, etc.).
NOTE: Once there are enough Jural Assembly people who will take an active role in a State and/or County Jural Assembly, people are not to have 2 jobs/positions. That means that anyone who has been elected into a State Constitution position (Governor, other executive offices, Senate and House, Judicial – Courts) OR is on a Grand Jury, is NOT to also hold a Jural Assembly Admin Board position.

C. Directing the Jural Assembly at the state level to develop 2 de jure Grand Juries &
      Courts (state and federal jurisdictions) and then help people in each county of the free
      state to form Jural Assemblies, and from those people, then develop 2 de jure Grand
      Juries & Courts. One is for the federal level and the other for the state level law and
      Court jurisdictions in each county.

D. Knowing and watching the movement and growth of the free state Assemblies so
      that they always remain on the "Republican Form of Government" path. If there is a
      detour, it is the duty of the Ambassador to help educate, guide, correct, and get
      everyone back in focus with the Republican Form of Government.E. Educate, train, educate,
      train, educate, train, educate, train . . . . .

F. Possibly enlist a, or several, or even a committee of people to help co-ordinate the
      county development.

G. Learn the technical business of hosting conference calls so that you can have a
      communications call once every or every-other week for all people throughout your
      state for training, Q&A, passing on recent info, etc. This is especially important in
      the beginning of spreading out into counties where you’ll have only 1 or a few
      interested people in the beginning. It’s the way to keep them connected when they’re
      too far in distance to attend the State Jural Assembly meetings.

NOTE: There is also a one-page Qualifications page that was put out by national in 2010. It's in my files on Republicsg.info (click on Training Resources, click on Training Materials, click on Donna Kozak's Materials, and find it in one of the folders for Job Descriptions, etc.) That Qualifications information was very good as to who a coordinator should be for the free state.

It has been advised that this be an ordained minister, a prayer warrior, one who reads and studies the Bible in his personal daily life, and one who (eventially, if not now) has a good knowledge and understanding of the relationship between the Holy Bible and the American Constitution.

There are copy costs for the joining documents and other items when building the Republic; PR & Media costs, the website, etc., etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION of We The People's, Jural Assembly's, Admin Board's - - - - - Record Keeper

Let it be known that this is NOT the State Administrator position and this is NOT to be confused with the Secretary of State, who is under the jurisdiction of the State Constitution.

NOTE: We the People in the first level of government, existed before the State Constitution and those elected by it. The joining documents of every man and woman who has joined the Republic via their free state are to be held by the Record Keeper of the Jural Assembly. They are not to be in the hands of someone elected to be under the jurisdiction of the State Constitution, i.e. the Secretary of State. That's a de facto submission of We the People losing control over their own papers. (See the job description for the Secretary of State.)

We the People in the first level of government must come to understand that We the People, also, will have an established Admin Board of people responsible for specific items and jobs for the state and county Jural Assemblies. This is so that the people elected or appointed to State, County, local, and other levels of government will never again become "controllers" of and over We the People.

DUTIES:- - Makes sure that each person joining the Republic via their free state has a set of their own original documents.

Some states are now getting a "raised, embossing, state seal" and are gradually establishing a "sealed original" for all who have joined the Republic via their free state. If there was one original and the Record Keeper has it, it should have a state seal on it and then needs to go back to the one who created the document. The Record Keeper can keep a color copy and seal it to designate it being official. If the original witnessing people are willing to repeat the autographing and witnessing, and re-dating an "original" on bond or parchment paper, people who've come into the free state from the beginning are getting these created for their family's heritage. Again, they'd have a state seal on them to verify that the man or woman did "officially" join the Republic.

Then as of today, until the Republic is the operating government in this country, if you haven't been doing it, every free state should determine that their policy is to have all new joiners do one set of documents hopefully on bond or parchment (highly recommended). This would get a raised, embossed state seal as official verification. Most people have a copy machine at the site, so the joiner keeps this original set. You can ask each one to pay $1.00 if you need to, as it's 1 color copy with a backside, a single, and another double-sided, and many people make goofs so you might figure each joiner will need double the docs. Then you'd have the "copy" for the Record Keeper (and the State Administrator . . . see job description). If people don't have a copy machine on site when people join, then you should make 2 originals so the joiner can still take his embossed original home with him that day. Also, some states are scanning in the original and then returning it to the creator. You just need something to eventually verify that that man or woman was officially in the Republic via the free state on such and such a date.

Also, if people were one of the original 27, they should get a "copy" of that original list of 27 that has their name & autograph on it, with a raised, embossed state seal on the copy showing that they are holding an officially-issued document.

And other than the State Coordinator / Ambassador (who was appointed by Tim Turner prior to him becoming the provisional President), when people were designated to be on the de jure Grand Jury, or voted into any elected position, that man or woman needs to have a copy of the Jural Assembly meeting minutes stating their name for such election or appointment, with a raised, embossed state seal to show they are holding an official-issued document.

MORE DUTIES:

- - Keeping a record of every man and woman who joins the Republic via the free state.
- - Updating the roster of all who are in the Republic via the free state. Keeping the roster of all by alphabetical order; keeping a roster of each county; regularly distributing the roster to designated key people as determined by leadership.
- - Keeping an original, a copy, or other recorded record of the joining docs of every man and woman who comes into the Republic until further notice of these documents not being needed for a record.
- - Keeping a record of all other required docs for any person within any position which requires other documents such as the RAP Resignation, an Oath, Non-Disclosure, etc.
- - Keeping a copy of Jural Assembly Meeting Minutes which identify the dates, names, and job titles of all elections or appointments of anyone to any position, so noted in some record created by and kept by the Record Keeper for easy access to such information.
- - Keeping an autographed copy of all documents approved by and for the Jural Assembly's free state, such as the State and County Settlement Constitutions, the de jure Grand Jury Operating Document, any Policy and Procedures Manuals, etc.

[P.S. One note . . . . . Currently, June 2011, there are still collapses and people falling away from the Republic (resigning, walking away) in some states because of We the People power-grabbers and authority controllers over the documents!! Be extremely careful in selecting a Record Keeper. You want one who has a full-blown heart for We the People having all power and authority, and a Record Keeper who realizes that their set of the documents for all who join, are extremely important, valuable, "historical" documents!]

This job title "popped up" sometime in the beginning of 2011 and there was no job description given, nor whether this was to be in the Jural Assembly or in the State Constitution jurisdiction. THEN, IN TRYING TO GET INFORMATION, PEOPLE BEGIN SAYING THIS WAS THE "RECORD KEEPER" . . . . . THE ONE WHO OVERSAW THE DROPBOX PROGRAM. Turns out that that was not correct!

The truth is that the job responsibility is/will be a Credential Certifier of Records and Documents, to verify to national that specific people with jobs in the free state are officially in that job position, in that free state, and that all the necessary documents and records for each person to hold those positons even exist. The Certifier will validate that there are Jural Assembly Meeting Minutes to back up those elected, appointed, or who volunteered for positions which form the structure of the Republican Form of Government in that free state.

At some point in time in the future, this means having verification of all records from the initial 27 who signed up for a de jure Grand Jury under RAP, all the way through till the present time. So it would be wise for the Jural Assemblies to elect a Credential Certifier who has been with the free state's Republic from the initial 6 months, has an understanding of the structure since February-March 2010, is very dependable, responsible, and can keep detailed records, will work closely with the Jural Assembly Admin Board's Record Keeper for document verification, and will communicate with National when the time comes, to validate those who are seated in all the positions for which National needs the information.

1. Fundamental law upon which the culture and society are established.

2. Constitutional law provides the form of civil government to protect the God-given rights of the people.

3. There are laws enacted by the political body having legislative power. The very term legislator means not one who makes laws but one who moves them --- from the divine law written in nature or in the Bible into the statutes and law codes of a particular society. Just as a translator is supposed to faithfully move the meaning from the original language into the new one, so the legislator is to translate laws, not make new ones. When legislation loses sight of its fundamental limitation (the fact that it is to be carried out in reference to the fundamental, higher law) it becomes lawmaking.

Whether laws are pronounced by a monarch, an elite, or a democratic assembly, it is vitally important to preserve the classic principle: “Law is found, not made.” In the last analysis, we would be far freer under an absolute monarch who saw his authority as subject to God’s law in the bible and in nature than under a democratically elected assembly that took the arbitrary will of the majority as its highest value.

If the legislative power is performed in reference to the fundamental law, the person acting as an elected representative should enact no law that contradicts the higher law. The representative is obliged to follow the mandates of the higher law even if it means contravening the claims of a majority. This check is a hedge against majoritarianism or mob rule. The system just does not work unless this common thread or reference point is maintained.

(NOTE: Then the chapter continues with “The Common Law and the Ten Commandments.” If you are a legislator, i.e. elected to the House or Senate, you MUST get and study this book, along with others I’ll have in a “Restored Republic Report” regarding “Legislating in Common Law” or some such similar-titled documents to learn about Common Law.)

JOB DESCRIPTION for Governor

1. Submit to the charges, responsibilities, and duties as outlined in the State Settlement Constitution.

2. During this provisional time, study your State Constitution with the understanding that it will be handed over to a former-de facto-minded, younger-than-you-in-the-Republic man or woman elected in the real-time election, and he will govern you and your family by it. Ask yourself if it gives him only and exactly the necessary authority to carry out his two, primary functions as Governor:
A. Keep your rights secured.
B. Keep government out of the people's lives.

3. Work with the other elected State Constitutional men and women developing support, researching, and think-tank committees from your Jural Assemblies to do the necessary digging to first of all KNOW the web of state-government connections and costs.
A. Search for and study every component of your State's government as to every man or woman who is getting a paycheck, compensation, or other financial remittance for a performance of his time;
B. Search for and study every component of your State's government as to every position, committee, board, or other individual or unit of people who are in any position or have any influence in the governance of people's lives in your State.

4.  Begin to determine the 10% yearly drawdown of which services and financial costs are to be eliminated from "government" control, authority, and responsibility during the first-second year of the Republic operating in your State, and every year thereafter, at a 10%-a-year drawdown, for a total of 8 years. That means that by "Year 9-10" of the Republican Form of Government (Article IV, Section 4) in your State, you will be operating at only 20% (or less) of what exists today in the de facto.
A.  Plan for THE FINANCIAL COFFERS for your State government to be reduced by 10% a year from Year 2-9. Seek to determine who will be affected, and what are the proposals for the shift of those "government-controlled services?"
B.  Who and how will the care, or slack (if any is really needed), or governance take place?
C. Into whose hands will the governance lie? (Ask, IF and DOES it need to continue? Who should/can be responsible if not government?) And then at whose cost?

5.  Assist the Ambassador in developing the educational program which will teach the people of your State to shift into "We the People" gear --- government at the local level in the hands of the local people whose lives are touched and impacted by that governance.

(Counsel: Remember, most likely when the actual elections take place after the Republic is the operating government in this county, you will be "one of the people in a Jural Assembly." Just figure that you will not be thee elected governor! If you don't think like that, you won't be building your state for the Republican foundation. It's like "they" say: Between dreaming of tomorrow and regretting yesterday, there's little time left doing anything today.")

A. Develop the mentality as to how you will help to "Get rid of top down," and "Bring in bottom up," government.
B. Empower the people to take control of their own lives.
C. Learn the principles of and then be able to teach "self-government" to everyone.
D. Work with your State Jural Assembly "Republican Form of Government" Education Committee, work in conjunction with your Ambassador and County Development Directors, and develop programs to teach all the people as more and more come into the Republic in your free state, the paradigm / mindset / worldview of local government in the people's hands according to the Maine Lobster fishermen governance (pages 25-26 in Clyde Cleveland's "Common Sense Revisited" booklet; download free at www.CommonSenseRevisited.com).
